1. The CV Builder Itself — 100% Local Processing

Once you've unlocked the tool, every part of building your CV — reading your form entries, generating the layout, and rendering the final document — happens entirely inside your own device's browser. Nothing you type or upload, including your passport photo, is ever transmitted to a server we operate. We do not have a database, and we do not see or store your name, contact details, work history, education, or photo.

2. Payment Processing — Handled by Our Payment Processor, Not Us

Gulf CV Builder is a paid tool. When you purchase access, your payment is processed entirely by our payment processor — a Merchant of Record — on their own secure checkout page, not on this website. We never see or store your card number or payment details.

To deliver your license key and receipt, our payment processor collects your email address at checkout. This is necessary to complete the purchase and is handled under that processor's own privacy policy, linked from their checkout page. We do not receive a copy of this email list, and we do not use it for marketing.

3. License Key Validation

After purchase, you'll enter your license key on our Unlock page. That key is checked directly against our payment processor's license validation service from your own browser — we do not route this check through a server of ours, and we do not log which keys are used or when. Once validated, your browser remembers that this device is unlocked using local storage (see Section 5) so you don't need to re-enter the key on every visit.

4. No Advertising Trackers — Currently

This site does not currently run any advertising pixels, analytics scripts, or third-party trackers. If that changes in the future — for example, if we run ads on a platform like TikTok — this policy will be updated first, with a new "Last updated" date above, before any such tracker goes live.

5. Local Storage on Your Device

This site uses your browser's local storage — a small setting kept only on your device — for two things: remembering your selected language, and remembering that you've unlocked the tool after a successful purchase. Neither of these is sent to us or to any third party; they simply make your next visit smoother. You can clear this at any time via your browser's site data settings, though doing so will require re-entering your license key.

6. Your Uploaded Photo

If you attach a passport-style photo, it is displayed using a local file preview and embedded directly into the CV you download — it never leaves your device.

7. Changes to This Policy

If this policy is updated, the revised version will be posted here with a new "Last updated" date above.
