1. What Gulf CV Builder Is

Gulf CV Builder is a self-serve, browser-based tool that formats and translates the information you provide into a professional, print-ready English-language CV. You enter your own details — work history, skills, and contact information — in Amharic, Oromo, Tigrinya, or Arabic, and the tool generates a formatted English CV from what you typed.

Gulf CV Builder is not a recruitment, staffing, or employment agency. We do not place workers, match applicants to employers, arrange visas, or handle contracts or wages. We do not guarantee that using this tool will result in a job offer, interview, or any specific outcome.

2. Your Responsibility for Accuracy

Every CV this tool produces is built entirely from information you provide. You are responsible for making sure everything you enter — your work history, skills, dates, and qualifications — is true and accurate. Gulf CV Builder does not verify, invent, or suggest experience, skills, or credentials on your behalf. Submitting false information on a CV is your responsibility, not ours, and may have consequences with employers or immigration authorities that are entirely outside our control.

3. Payment and Access & Refund Policy

Access to Gulf CV Builder is a one-time purchase of $4.99 per license key, with no recurring subscription. Payment is processed by our third-party payment processor (Merchant of Record), not by us directly — see our Privacy Policy for details on how that works. Your license key unlocks the tool on the device(s) where you enter it; keep your key safe, as we have no way to look it up for you if lost, since we do not store it on any server of ours.

We offer a full, no-questions-asked refund if you request one within 7 days of purchase — email us at tesfay@afrikart.co and we'll process it. There is no fee or cost to you to receive a refund. After 7 days, purchases are final, except where a refund is otherwise required by law.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use Gulf CV Builder only to build your own CV, or one you have explicit permission to build on someone else's behalf (for example, helping a family member). You agree not to attempt to circumvent license validation, resell or share a purchased license key for use by unrelated third parties, or use the tool for any unlawful purpose.

5. No Warranty

Gulf CV Builder is provided "as is." We do our best to keep the tool working correctly and the translations accurate, but we make no guarantee that the tool will be error-free, uninterrupted, or perfectly translated at all times. Draft translations are reviewed on an ongoing basis; if you notice a translation error, we welcome you reporting it (see Contact below).

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Gulf CV Builder and its operator are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the tool or the CV it produces — including, but not limited to, employment outcomes, visa or immigration decisions, or third-party actions based on a CV you generated.

If these terms are updated, the revised version will be posted here with a new "Last updated" date above.
